IOWA–This spring, regional STEM festivals are abound!
A regional STEM festival is an engaging, free, hands-on educational experience for students.
The goal of conducting a stem fest is to encourage the connection of children and families to the community resources that inspire and support them in pursuing stem careers. These careers include the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Osage’s STEAM Festival, which includes a focus on Art careers, will take place at Osage Middle/ High School on March 14 from 5 pm to 8 pm
On April 17, the North Iowa Area Community College gym is hosting a stem festival from 4 pm to 7 pm for kindergarten through 6th grade students.
